Thank you for supporting Desi Sneakers by Jiya!

Please read the following before placing your order:

• Delivery: Please allow approximately two weeks from confirmation of your order and  payment. If an unforeseen delay occurs, we will keep you informed.

• Payment: Secures your pre-order. Are non-refundable if you change your mind or cancel your order.

• Our customer guarantee: Order with confidence. We are committed to honest communication, reliable service and keeping you updated about your order. If we cannot fulfil your order for any unforeseen reason, your payment will be refunded in full.

• Order details: Please double-check your shoe size, style and delivery details before confirming your order.

These terms do not affect your rights under New Zealand consumer law.
